NCEA Level 3 with 14 credits in each of three approved subjects
Literacy: 10 credits at Level 2 or above (5 in reading, 5 in writing)
Numeracy: 10 credits at Level 1 or above (specified achievement or unit standards 26623, 26626, 26627 - all required)
University Entrance as specified by NZQA, or equivalent for international students
Applicants aged 20+ without University Entrance may be considered on a case-by-case basis
