Face-to-face learning in a physical classroom setting

Safely move and store equipment and transport people to support the effective functioning of healthcare facilities.
This qualification is aimed at developing the skills and knowledge required to support a healthcare facility through the provision of orderly services. Learners will develop competencies in areas such as ethical and professional conduct in a healthcare environment, identifying and responding to vulnerability and abuse, safely moving people and equipment, and effective communication to support well-being.
