This work-based Level 4 certificate is designed for current health and clinical support workers/caregivers, focusing on advanced care skills for those with complex needs and development for leadership in healthcare workplaces, especially aged care. What you need to know first
New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 3) in Health Assistance or Support Work strand or equivalent qualification
OR three years' paid employment experience in the Health and Wellbeing sector
