Show skills and qualities of a salesperson, including preparing for and handling payment transactions in a service environment.
What You're Signing Up For
This dual enrolment, part-time course is designed for secondary school students (Years 11–13) to gain an introduction into the beauty therapy and hairdressing industries. Students develop foundational knowledge of anatomy, skin types, make-up theory, and customer service. Practical skills are learned in a simulated retail salon environment, including handling payments, sales techniques, and customer enquiries. The programme helps students decide between career paths in beauty or hair before progressing to further specialist training.
