What You're Signing Up For
This dynamic 12-month programme is designed for managers and team leaders to strengthen leadership skills, foster continuous improvement, and embed a culture of productivity and operational efficiency in the workplace. Participants will gain the tools and knowledge to lead teams, facilitate effective meetings, oversee waste reduction, implement 5S principles, standardise processes, solve problems, and manage quality outcomes. Delivered via 12 monthly one-day workshops, locations are flexible to organisational needs.
