Course Content
- MGT725 Role of Professional Coaching: Origins and professional context, core coaching competencies, outcomes, benefits, professional standards, and ethics.
- MGT726 Professional Coaching Relationships and Environment: Building relationships, environment/context of coaching, project-based applications, psychological contracts.
- MGT727 Professional Coaching Tools: Tools and techniques for coaching, portfolio development, business vision and strategy.
- Elective: MGT627 Life and Career Coaching OR MGT628 Executive and SME Coaching. Topics include career coaching, career counselling, executive coaching, SME business development, transactional and transformational coaching models.
