It covers key areas such as industrial relations, organisational behaviour, strategic HR, and business in the New Zealand context. The programme includes compulsory modules, a professional work placement, and a research project module to integrate classroom learning with practical experience. It accepts international students and is offered at the Hamilton City Campus. The study modes include full-time or part-time over one year at level 7. Students may qualify for fee-free study under the Fees Free Policy.
