Develop the ability to inform decisions based on analysis of internal and external environments and risk management.

Apply knowledge of te Tiriti o Waitangi and ethical principles to strengthen bicultural partnerships and operate responsibly within social, cultural, and environmental contexts.
This one-year diploma equips students with an in-depth understanding of business theory and applied skills. After introductory modules in business environments, functions, and innovation, students select either the Accounting or Leadership & Management strand, developing knowledge relevant to financial administration, operations, team leadership, and more. Graduates are well-placed for operational roles or for progressing to degree-level business study.
