It will take a total of 17 weeks

Gain practical skills in animation, digital painting, filmmaking, photography, sculpting, and game development using industry-standard tools.

Produce a diverse portfolio across creative disciplines to support progression into further study or creative industry roles.

Work both independently and in teams to conceptualise, plan, and deliver creative projects spanning multiple media formats.
The New Zealand Certificate in Digital Media and Design (Level 3) provides students with creative skills and knowledge to enter the creative industries. Students collaborate in teams, develop skills in animation, filmmaking, digital painting, photography, sculpting, and game development, and create a strong portfolio. Emphasis is on practical learning using industry-standard software and hardware. Graduates are prepared for further study and entry-level positions in creative industries such as film, animation, game design, and digital content creation.
