Participants learn from industry guest speakers, collaborate with peers, and design and prototype user experiences for real-world products, services, systems, or processes. The programme covers human-centred design, user research, analysis, personas, journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, and a Kaupapa Māori approach to research, focusing on both digital and physical user experiences.
