CPA Economics and Markets introduces students to fundamental concepts in microeconomics and macroeconomics, including demand and supply, market structures, productivity, income distribution, and national economic measures. - Microeconomics: Demand and supply, elasticity, productivity, market structures, market failures
- Macroeconomics: Income distribution, structure of the financial economy, calculation of national economic measures
- Statistical analysis tools: Descriptive statistics, frequency distributions and probability, hypothesis testing, simple linear regression, correlation
- Application of economic principles to private and public management of business, environmental, and social problems
