What You're Signing Up For
This short course prepares candidates for the Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) registration by providing practical skills assessment, safety training including first aid, and theory revision needed for registration with the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB). The outcome includes eligibility to sit the EWRB examination after successful completion, with applicable class schedules offered at Unitec. Candidates completing this course may service, repair, and maintain appliances, and complete registration requirements to work in the field.
