Annual Crop Production covers the principles of intensive crop production with practical management of key economic field crops in New Zealand. Students learn crop production principles, cropping systems, crop identification and growth stages, farm data application, and best practice farm systems management for sustainable resource use. The course requires some on-campus attendance for practical activities.
