This two-day Barista Skills Short Course at Otago Polytechnic's Cromwell campus provides comprehensive training in coffee-making, covering the history and evolution of coffee and the production of a wide range of café coffee recipes. The course includes assessment of two NZQA unit standards focusing on coffee heritage and espresso beverage preparation. On successful completion, students receive a Certificate of Achievement.
