Demonstrate skills in core fruit production or viticulture activities throughout the annual production cycle.
This work-based certificate enables students to further develop their skills and knowledge in fruit production or viticulture while employed. The programme includes both theoretical and practical components, with learning supported online, through block courses at the Cromwell Campus, and in the student’s workplace. Graduates are prepared for advanced technical roles or supervisory positions in the horticulture industry.

Must be employed in the fruit production or viticulture industry.
Open entry (no minimum academic qualification required).
