It is industry-focused and covers production knowledge, teamwork, communication, and advanced skills in the seasonal production and harvesting of fruit crops. Participants gain a strong understanding of orchard and vineyard operations, pest and disease management, environmental influences, and team supervision, leading to the New Zealand Certificate in Horticulture Production (Fruit Production) (Level 4).
