This fully online short course enables those employed in regulated or unregulated healthcare roles—including nurses, allied health professionals, and assistants—to build capacity in clinical teaching and support of students and new staff. The programme covers adult learning theory, documentation, regulatory competency, the responsibilities of a preceptor, self-care, and how to support and evaluate others in the healthcare environment.
