Learners will build understanding of both traditional and modern Māori cultural practices to support respectful communication.

The Te Reo Māori Intermediate course at UCOL is ideal for people with some knowledge of Te Reo Māori who wish to advance their language skills. Participants will learn about Māori customs and protocols, traditional and contemporary, while enhancing basic conversational abilities in Te Reo. The part-time, 10-week programme offers classes across multiple campuses and is suitable for those looking to deepen their understanding of Māori language and culture.
