Create written texts suited to workplace and day-to-day contexts at an appropriate level of English proficiency.
This programme is designed to help students build their English communication skills at a basic to intermediate level. It covers oral and written English, enabling students to participate in face-to-face and online communication, use English in everyday situations, and improve their reading, listening, writing, and speaking abilities. It also develops study skills for further education.
What you need to know first
Candidates must be 16 years or older.
Achieved NZCEL (Level 1), or completion of a placement test/interview to determine English level.
Demonstrate a reasonable chance of success in the programme.
