It will take a total of 4 weeks

Gain the necessary maths knowledge and skills at NCEA Level 2/3 to meet entry requirements for Otago Polytechnic's engineering diplomas in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Learn and apply mathematical principles from foundational to advanced (up to Level 3), covering core algebra and introductory engineering maths topics.

The Engineering Maths Summer School is a short course created for those needing NCEA Level 2 maths to gain entry to Otago Polytechnic's engineering diplomas (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). The four-week programme covers mathematics from Level 1 up to Level 3, combining group and independent exercises, and uses material from their introductory maths bridging courses. Completion equips students with the maths skills required to progress into further engineering studies.

Any credits at NCEA Level 1 Maths.
