Operate safely in a workshop environment under limited supervision and select, use, and maintain equipment and tools appropriate for undertaking routine bicycle service and repair tasks.

Assemble, service, adjust, and test a range of bicycle systems and components in accordance with legislation and industry safety standards.

Gain practical skills to service bicycles and their components, including e-bikes, in New Zealand’s growing sports and recreation industry. The programme blends online study, hands-on block courses in Cromwell, and workplace experience, preparing graduates for employment or further study in the bicycle industry.
