It will take a total of 6 months

Graduates will develop a strengthened understanding and background across a range of STEM subjects, equivalent to one semester of university-level STEM study.

Teachers with an existing qualification will be better prepared and more confident to teach STEM subjects at the primary or secondary level.

Develop skills to assist schools with addressing the shortage of STEM-qualified teachers.
The Certificate in STEM, offered by the University of Waikato, enables students to boost their background in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, either full-time or part-time.
