The Postgraduate Diploma in Disaster Risk Management and Development prepares students to manage disaster risks, improve community resilience, and implement recovery and humanitarian actions. The programme is aligned with global and national best practice and focuses on socially and culturally appropriate approaches to disaster risk management, resilience-building in the face of climate change, enhanced building codes, and ecosystem protection.
