It provides an opportunity to explore different career options, build confidence, and improve employability, especially for those new to tertiary education or returning after time away. Students take part in orientation, core compulsory courses, practical workshops, and off-site experience, with a strong emphasis on personal development, goal setting, and self-awareness.
