This programme is for new or potential entrants, or those re-entering the workforce, looking to work within health and wellbeing sectors. It develops essential skills for support workers, home aides, hospital orderlies, health assistants, and related roles by focusing on person-centred support, clients' rights, safety, communication, and cultural awareness.
What you need to know first
Learners must be new or potential entrants to the health and wellbeing sectors, or re-entering the workforce. Entry usually requires employment or a placement in a relevant workplace.
