It prepares students for further education at level 4 or entry-level work, particularly in social services, education, or allied fields.
What you need to know first
Achievement of NCEA (Level 1) or an equivalent qualification; or evidence of literacy sufficient to study at this level and interpret/apply health and safety requirements.
Computer literacy is highly recommended.
