The NZ Diploma in Health and Wellbeing (Applied Practice) (Level 5) is designed for existing or aspiring senior health and wellbeing support workers. It equips graduates with high-level skills and competencies to take on greater responsibility, complex client relationships, and leadership within mental health, addiction, and community settings. The programme combines classroom learning, online study, and significant work-practice components, tailored for those already employed or volunteering in the field. Students are trained in professional practice, ethics, leadership, and integrating Māori perspectives with core topics in health, community, and sustainability.

Relevant Level 3 or 4 New Zealand qualification in health and wellbeing, or
