Explore and practice key concepts from a Te Ao Māori worldview as they relate to health and wellbeing.
This programme equips students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge to support individuals and communities in a health and wellbeing context. The diploma is suited to newcomers, experienced practitioners, and those seeking professional development. Key areas include building rapport, mental health and addiction recovery, Māori perspectives, professional practice, and substantial workplace learning through a practicum of over 200 hours. Graduates are prepared for diverse roles in the health and wellbeing community in New Zealand.

Attend an information session and demonstrate writing ability at NZQA Level 3 minimum

Sign a declaration and consent to police check (must not have an unsuitable record for sector work)
