The New Zealand Certificate in Sport Coaching (Level 3) (Sports Training and Development) is designed for those wishing to pursue development in sports coaching, either as entry-level or volunteer coaches. The programme provides foundational theory and applied skills in coaching, exercise prescription, sports conditioning, nutrition, and injury prevention, and equips graduates for community and school sport coaching or as a platform for further study.
