Minimum age of 16 years and NCEA Level 2, or a Level 2 NZQF qualification or equivalent.
Access to adult learners (over 18 years old) during the programme.
English language proficiency: IELTS 5.5 (no band lower than 5) or NZQA equivalent for non-native English speakers.
Capability to apply various facilitation and teaching strategies, including the integration of digital tools and e-learning techniques.
