This practice-led and student-centered programme enables students to develop skills in a variety of visual art forms, such as painting, printmaking, drawing, photography, sculpture, and moving-image. The curriculum focuses on contemporary art trends, mātauranga Māori, collaborative practice, and the production of creative works. Students can customise their studies via majors, minors, and elective options, allowing a tailored learning experience. Graduates gain a sound understanding of the art sector and are equipped for further study or a variety of creative careers.
