What You're Signing Up For
This programme develops and recognises the skills of healthcare assistants to provide person-centred support in hospitals and healthcare sector environments. Delivered as a flexible, workplace-based programme, it covers a range of clinical contexts including maternity, mental health, acute care, and outpatient clinics. The qualification is co-designed with Waitemata and Waikato DHBs, with assessment via integrated, open-book activities mapped to hospital and departmental requirements.
