From time to time, we run promotions to help support learners taking their next step.These terms explain how our promotions work. Each specific promotion has its own details listed in the Current Promotions section at the bottom of this page.If something is not covered in the specific promotion details, the standard terms below apply

All promotions are run by Nexties Limited ("Nexties", "we", "our", "us").

Promotions are offered by Nexties and are not sponsored or administered by education providers unless we clearly state otherwise.

Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, you must:
‍
• Be a resident of New Zealand
• Be 16 years or older (or have parent or guardian consent if under 18)
• Have an active Nexties account
• Meet any additional requirements listed under the relevant promotion

Promotions are not available to Nexties employees or contractors.

Unless stated otherwise, there is a limit of one bonus per person per promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion details:
‍
• Bonuses are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• A bonus will only be issued once the applicable eligibility requirements for that promotion have been verified and any stated conditions (such as withdrawal or cooling-off periods, if relevant) have been satisfied.
• Verification may take up to 30 days after the withdrawal or cooling-off period ends.
• Bonuses are sent to the email address linked to your Nexties account, unless agreed otherwise.

If a bonus becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.

To keep things fair, Nexties may:

• Verify enrolment directly with the education provider
• Request additional information to confirm eligibility
• Decline or cancel a bonus if eligibility requirements are not met
• Cancel a bonus if false or misleading information is provided

All eligibility decisions are made reasonably and at our discretion.

We may end, extend, change, or withdraw a promotion at any time. If you have already met all eligibility requirements at the time of the change or withdrawal, your bonus will not be affected.

Enrolling in a course remains subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions.

Nexties is not responsible for course cancellations, provider decisions, or changes outside our control.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed bonuses due to incorrect contact details.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

By participating in a promotion, you agree that:

• We may collect and use your information to administer the promotion.
• We may verify your enrolment with the relevant provider.
