The NZ Diploma in Remedial Massage (Level 6) equips students with both practical and theoretical knowledge in advanced massage therapy. Graduates will be able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate remedial massage therapy interventions to address musculoskeletal dysfunction. Courses cover clinical reasoning, physical performance, pathology, techniques, and clinical practice, with a focus on evidence-based practice and collaboration alongside other health professionals. Face-to-face learning in a physical classroom setting

It will take a total of 1 year

Apply evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning to remedial massage interventions and professional decision-making.
Sign a health declaration.
For applicants not meeting academic entry, compulsory information session and alternative academic entry assessment may apply.
Demonstrate acceptable English language fluency (for international students: NZCEL Level 4 Academic, IELTS 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5, or accepted equivalent).
In-person study
