The Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy (PGDipClinPharm) provides advanced education in clinical pharmacy for registered pharmacists working in community, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry settings. The program may be taken full-time over one year or part-time over up to four years, and is available via distance learning. It can be credited towards the Master of Clinical Pharmacy degree. The curriculum includes coursework and professional practice relevant to clinical pharmacy.

- Community pharmacy
- Hospital pharmacy
- Pharmaceutical industry practice
- Regulatory aspects (terms and special examinations)
- Coursework (papers such as PHCY 510, PHCY 511, PHCY 520, PHCY 521)
- Option to substitute papers from Health Sciences or Primary Health Care
- Professional/clinical work and practice
What you need to know first
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy with Honours, or equivalent qualification or experience acceptable to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health Sciences).
Registered for practice as a pharmacist in the country of residence.
