What You're Signing Up For
The Master of Professional Supervision Practice enables you to critically analyse and integrate theory, literature, policy, and professional practice to enhance skills and confidence in supervision within your specific organisational and professional context. You will learn with colleagues from social care and allied health professions, developing advanced clinical and professional supervision abilities to support effective practice in diverse cultural and workplace settings. The programme is intended for working professionals with at least three years’ experience, using a blend of face-to-face and online block courses.

- Critical analysis of theoretical perspectives in professional supervision
- Integration of contemporary literature and policy into supervision practice
- Advanced specialist knowledge of supervision models, skills, and interventions
- Reflection on practice in clinical, organisational, and cultural contexts
- Face-to-face block courses and online course components
- Core and elective courses (e.g. PROFSUPV 700, 701, 720; electives from PROFSUPV 710-718 and SOCCLEAD 703, 706)
