What You're Signing Up For
The Master of Creative Arts Therapy (Clinical) at Whitecliffe is a two-year postgraduate programme preparing students to become professional creative arts therapists. The programme combines theoretical and experiential learning, clinical skills development, research, and extensive supervised placements (750 hours) in diverse settings such as mental health services, schools, and community agencies. Graduates are eligible for professional membership with ANZACATA and can seek registration for private or funded clinical practice. The programme is delivered via distance learning complemented by intensive in-person seminars.

- Research Capacities – theory and implementation of research in creative arts therapy contexts
- Therapy Capacities – theoretical and practical foundations of creative arts therapy
- Situated Practice – clinical placements working with clients under supervision

- Clinical, research, creative, and presentation skills
- Independent research project
