About This Course
This programme enables students to complete the final year of the Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing online through Otago Polytechnic in collaboration with Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT). It is designed for those who have completed a Level 6 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing and wish to develop advanced clinical, surgical, and animal management skills and knowledge. Learners will become highly regarded industry professionals proficient in critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and advanced veterinary nursing. The programme also requires completion of workplace practicum hours across at least two different veterinary practices.
