- Operation of advanced salon equipment (OBSERV 320, LED Celluma light therapy)
- Lash and brow treatments (lash lifts, brow lamination)
- Understanding human body systems, hair growth, nutrition and safety
- Comprehensive client consultation, contraindication management, personalised treatment plans
- Spa clinic operations: KPIs, booking systems, marketing, consumer legislation
- Industry internship (6 weeks, hands-on experience with real clients)
- Exposure to industry partners (seminars, skincare production tours, spa visits)
- Training with professional products (Pure Fiji, Ultraceuticals)
