What You're Signing Up For
The Certificate in Business Studies at AUT is designed for those with some work experience and who do not yet have a bachelor's degree. This Level 5 qualification allows students to tailor their learning by selecting four courses from the Bachelor of Business, gaining core business knowledge and skills within a short timeframe. It can serve as a pathway to further study, with credits transferable to a full business degree.
Course Content
- Choose any four courses from the Bachelor of Business
- Option to focus on a specific business subject by taking three courses in one area
- Core business disciplines such as management, marketing, accounting, or economics (subject to student selection)

New Zealand University Entrance or equivalent qualification
International applicants: country-specific qualification as per AUT entry requirements
IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall with all bands 5.5 or higher, or equivalent
