With no compulsory core subjects, students can choose from a wide range of business subjects or endorse their diploma in a specific field such as Accounting, Human Resource Management, or Financial Planning. The programme is open to graduates of any discipline and is structured to be completed in 1 year full-time or part-time over at least 2 years. Graduates may progress to postgraduate business qualifications upon successful completion.
Course Content
- Flexible selection of business courses (120 credits) from a range of subjects such as Accounting, Human Resource Management, Finance, Property Studies, Management, Dispute Resolution, Business Law, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Communication and Journalism, Retail, and Business.
- At least 75 credits at 300-level (advanced undergraduate level)
- Up to 45 credits at 200-level
- Optional endorsement/specialisation in areas such as Accounting, Human Resource Management, Personal Financial Planning
- Schedule follows courses from the Bachelor of Business major subjects
- Prerequisite structure requires some prior courses depending on subject chosen
