Through a mix of workshops, work-based learning, and self-study, participants build confidence as communicators and leaders, learn to adapt leadership styles, set SMART goals, solve problems, manage time, and drive continuous improvement in the workplace. The course features an Improvement Project that embeds learning through real-world workplace application.
