About This Course
This programme provides learners with the skills to work in a variety of administration roles within business entities. The qualification covers administrative services using business technologies, customer service techniques, financial information processing, and workplace practice within a business context. Students can study full-time or part-time, onsite at MIT Manukau or online for domestic students. The programme structure includes four courses totaling 60 credits: Customer services, Business technologies, Financial information, and Workplace practice. Successful graduates are prepared for supervised general office administration roles across various sectors or further study in business-related fields.
