The Graduate Certificate in Event Management is designed for those who already hold a tertiary degree or have significant industry experience. It delivers both theoretical background and applied knowledge in event management, emphasising project management, event planning, budgeting, marketing, and operational logistics. The programme aims to enable graduates to apply these skills professionally or as a path to further advanced study. This programme is only open to continuing students from 2024 or prior; new enrolments are not accepted.

- MGT622: Fundamentals of Project Management—principles, software use, timeline plans, resource estimation, scheduling
- MGT705: Advanced Event Management—event concept design, event analysis, planning, management, evaluation, marketing, and revenue generation
- MGT721: Event Planning—Finance and Budgeting—budget methodologies, feasibility analysis, income and expenditure budgets
- MGT722: Event Planning—Marketing and Promotion—marketing and PR strategies for events, needs assessment, promotional planning
