The Master of Applied Professional Studies (Mentoring and Leadership) supports experienced professionals to extend their leadership and mentoring expertise. Students deepen their reflective practice, engage in critical evaluation and analysis of work-based issues, and undertake applied research projects. The programme encourages direct application of new knowledge to workplace practice, and the development of effective mentoring and leadership frameworks. Face-to-face learning in a physical classroom setting
Available in 2 locations
It will take a total of 18 months

Develop and apply advanced research skills by carrying out an independent research project relevant to workplace practice.
In exceptional circumstances, admission may be considered based on academic merit and relevant experience (with possible prescribed qualifying papers)
Access to a relevant workplace or at least two years' relevant experience
In-person study
