- Fundamentals of Project Management and Advanced Stakeholder Engagement (PMGT601): foundations, standards (PMBOK, ISO 21500), methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), stakeholder identification/engagement (incl. Māori and Pacific), project/product lifecycles, ethics.
- Inclusive Leadership and Team Development (PMGT604): advanced leadership theories/styles, team motivation, building high-performing teams, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, inclusive practices, cultural competency.
- Advanced Project Planning (PMGT602): defining scope, work breakdown structures, responsibility matrices, project scheduling, cost estimation, software tools, resource, procurement, quality management, risk management (ISO 31000).
- Managing Project Execution and Closeout (PMGT603): monitoring resources/communications, performance/risk/control, earned value management, stakeholder reporting, project knowledge management, lessons learned, organisational learning, closeout.
