The Graduate Diploma in Project Management at UCOL provides specialist training to enhance knowledge and skills in project management and related business disciplines. Learn theory and practical applications of strategic management, human resource management, leadership, change management, business analytics and intelligence, and organisational behaviour. Gain real-world experience through a local business or organisation project. The programme is delivered in a blended format combining online and face-to-face learning. It spans Level 6 and Level 7 courses and includes an industry project/internship. This qualification supports career advancement into project management, business development, or operations management roles.

- Project Management (Level 6) - 15 credits: Project management principles, terminology, and project planning
- Introduction to Finance (Level 6) - 15 credits: Financial management skills for SMEs
- Operations Management (Level 6) - 15 credits: Concepts and analytical methods for managing processes and resources
- Advanced Project Management (Level 7) - 15 credits: Project Management Institute principles and workplace application
- Resource Integration Management (Level 7) - 15 credits: Supply chain management, business facility layout, engineering economics
- Professional Practice (Level 7) - 15 credits: Transition preparation, industry project/internship sourcing and documentation
- Industry Project/Internship (Level 7) - 30 credits: Applied research project with work placement and self-reflection
