The Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management at Wintec is aimed at graduates from other disciplines to prepare them for strategic and management positions within business. The program covers essential management subjects such as marketing management, leadership, strategic planning, and business and society within a New Zealand context. It includes eight compulsory modules, a professional project comprising a research project and work placement to build practical skills and industry connections.
