About This Course
Over 32 weeks you’ll progress from user research and UX fundamentals, through business analysis and no-code/digital workflow design, and finish with a mentored real-world project. The programme is beginner-friendly, designed for those without prior tech or design experience, and aims to equip you with a full toolkit: from empathy for users to practical delivery skills, preparing you for roles bridging UX, BA, and digital product delivery.
Course Content
- Human-centred design & usability fundamentals
- UI/interface design and prototyping (e.g. using Figma)
- UX research: interviews, personas, journey mapping, user testing
- Business analysis: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping
- No-code and digital solution design (e.g. low-code tools such as Salesforce + AI-enhanced workflows)
- Ethical and accessible design practices; compliance & responsible use of emerging tech
- Collaboration and teamwork with developers, designers and business stakeholders
- Mentored placement with real clients/teams — building and testing real digital solutions
