Course Content
- CompTIA A+: IT support fundamentals, device operating system configuration (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, iOS), troubleshooting, infrastructure and networking basics, device support (PC, mobile, IoT), data backup and management.
- CompTIA Network+: Network design and implementation, managing and maintaining network devices, segmentation, resilience, network security standards and protocols, troubleshooting, virtualised networks.
- CompTIA Security+: Security analysis and threat detection, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, configuring network components for security, risk management, incident response, digital forensics, cryptography, disaster recovery, IAM (identity and access management).
- Soft skills: Influencing, working in agile teams, critical thinking, problem solving, risk management, professional communication, team collaboration.
